We have a new pack of shoes from Nike SB called the Shield pack. These weatherised and reflective new models all sport the Lunarlon outsole and with the flecked laces look more like something from an ACG catalogue. There is a new Koston Mid which has an all black PU Reinforced Suede upper with a water resistant coating. Reflective silver mesh appears on the ankle and the laces have a repeating reflective element. They have a grey midsole offset with hyper crimson accents on the toe. The Janoski Mid in this pack has a waterproof synthetic upper aboard a grey Lunar One Shot sole unit. Reflective 3M piping surrounds the side panel and runs across the heel. These also have reflective flecked laces. The most militant makeover is the shield aesthetic’s application to the P-Rod 8 shoe. This shoe fuses so many different bits of Nike technology it’s like a ballistic cyborg version of the P-Rod 8. It has Flywire upper with a hyperscreen reflective Swoosh aboard grey Lunarlon sole.
